I'm Shubham Kumar — a software engineer who designs and builds production systems end to end: system design, backend, frontend, deployment and the AI layer on top.

In my day job at Diyos Infotech, I build and run microservices used by 10,000+ people daily — 300+ APIs, CI/CD pipelines on AWS, and systems held to a 99.5% uptime standard. Reliability and scale aren't extras in my work; they're the default.

Through my studio, Bytencia, I build the same standard of system for smaller businesses: websites that book clients while you sleep, client portals that replace Excel-and-WhatsApp admin, and AI chatbots that answer and capture enquiries around the clock.
